Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Customer Representative (French-speaking) to join our team in Greece. You will provide professional customer support to French-speaking clients using our search engine, delivering efficient and timely service.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients using our search engine
- Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Communicate effectively through phone, email, and chat
- Become familiar with our systems to provide accurate and timely assistance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues

- Fluency in French (both written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer satisfaction
