Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a software or hardware organization
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities with solid analytical thinking
• Clear and concise communication via phone and email
• Self-directed work style with initiative to create solutions for workflow efficiency, understanding of business operations, and collaboration in team settings
• High level of attention to detail
• Skilled in handling multiple projects under strict timelines, including occasional work outside standard hours to meet critical deadlines
• Effective at managing and prioritizing concurrent tasks and requests
• Quick learner who actively seeks clarification and aims to deeply understand responsibilities and industry context

Nice to Have

• Fluency in Italian or Spanish
• Background in a technical position
• Familiarity with supply chain or traceability software platforms
