APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist. This entry-level role manages customer relationships by promptly addressing inquiries, providing quotations, entering orders, and resolving questions in a professional manner. You’ll be responsible for a dedicated market base, working from our Langley, BC location.
What You'll Do
- Process and support customer orders and inquiries for your dedicated market
- Answer calls and handle email inquiries with courteous and effective service
- Inform customers of order status and advise them of any changes
- Coordinate effectively with transportation, planning, engineering, and sales teams
- Create cases in NetSuite for customer issue resolution and product design
- Develop a basic understanding of processing EDI orders
- Work with customers to create return authorizations
- Comply with company attendance standards
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience in an office environment
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
- Comfortable user of Excel
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to be adaptable and flexible in an ever-changing work environment
Nice to Have
- Experience working in manufacturing or logistics
