BCforward is hiring a Customer Engineer 4

Responsibilities

  • Deploy standard operating system images on devices when not pre-installed
  • Set up software applications according to individual user requirements
  • Package and prepare systems for shipment
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and status
  • Log and update service tickets in the tracking system
  • Configure and ready new devices for field deployment
  • Image devices, install required software, and adjust settings as necessary

Work Arrangement

On-site — Rocky Hill, CT

Other

  • Work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Initial assignment duration is 4 months
  • Project timeline runs from current date through the end of February, with potential extension to the end of March
  • Approximately 900 systems are scheduled for replacement during the project
  • Target output is around 12 systems configured per day, processed in parallel
  • Onsite full-time support team available to provide training and guidance
