Role Overview: The Customer Experience Coordinator is crucial in maintaining superior customer interactions across multiple communication platforms. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring timely, accurate responses while supporting organizational operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Inbox & Customer Communication Management - Monitor and manage three primary communication channels: Catering, Information, and Loyalty program inquiries - Deliver prompt, accurate customer responses - Systematically log and track all customer communications Phone Support - Handle incoming calls regarding catering follow-ups, delivery orders, general inquiries, and loyalty program questions - Maintain professional, friendly communication during all interactions - Implement effective dispute resolution strategies Online Engagement & Reviews - Monitor and respond to digital reviews - Manage enquiries from third-party delivery platforms Operational Support - Update organizational information including service parameters - Collaborate to maintain consistent, current customer-facing information Customer Loyalty Management - Administer loyalty program communication channel - Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement Additional Support - Provide occasional weekend assistance when required Required Skills and Qualifications: Key Skills & Competencies - Superior written and verbal communication abilities - Advanced organizational capabilities - Customer-centric approach - Proficiency with digital communication tools - Comfortable managing online interactions Qualifications & Experience - Customer service background preferred - Capability to manage multiple communication channels - Strong independent and collaborative work skills Work Arrangement & Expectations: Remote role structured as independent contractor engagement Candidate Expectations: - Available during core business hours - Transparent about existing professional commitments - Accurately represent engagement on professional platforms
