Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer journey maps to enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
  • Create and manage lead nurturing programs to convert prospects into customers.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on marketing initiatives.
