Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond promptly to all inbound leads (phone, email, web inquiries).
- Schedule and coordinate tours for prospective residents and families.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups before and after tours to drive conversions.
- Track lead activity, status updates, and communication history.
- Work closely with the on-site team to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to move-in.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with families.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills (CRM systems, email, basic data entry).
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable speaking with families in a service-oriented environment.

Additional Information
- Service Fee: Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.
- Hours: US Pacific Standard Time (PST) – 9am to 6pm.
- You will need to have some essential tools – a reliable computer and noise-canceling headset, a second monitor for enhanced productivity, and a stable internet connection. You’ll also be required to have a backup internet connection, ensuring that you’re well-equipped to complete your work seamlessly.
