Grow Therapy is looking for a Credits Specialist, Medical Billing to help establish our Overpayments vertical. You’ll be a key player on overpayment validation projects within the RCM Team, contributing directly to our financial operations and compliance.

What You'll Do

Research overpayments where payors have paid more than the amount due and fulfill refund requests.
Initiate and manage refunds once verified, ensuring appropriate steps are taken to return funds.
Fulfill overpayment requests based on the contractual timelines outlined by each payor.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations and policies.
Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation for transparency, audits, and process improvement.

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in Medical Billing or in a Healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of healthcare claims, overpayments, and facilitating refunds to both commercial and government payors.

You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of specialists reporting directly to the Insurance Operations Department.
