What You'll Do

- Develop creative frameworks that unify copy, design, video, and social.
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team, elevating the work from execution to ideation.
- Partner with leaders to balance bold creative leaps with operational excellence.
- Champion Tilt’s why, ensuring empowerment shines through every expression.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years leading creative in agencies, studios, or in-house.
- Track record of building culturally resonant, business-driving brands.
- Strength in storytelling across copy, design, and video.
- Strong communicator who inspires teams and influences executives.
- Deep cultural fluency, especially at the intersection of money, empowerment, and identity.
