Lead the development and execution of the national marketing strategy for Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies in France, ensuring alignment with broader European objectives while adapting to local regulatory, clinical, and market conditions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the country-specific marketing strategy in collaboration with regional and European marketing leadership
- Design and implement localized marketing plans, campaigns, and product launches tailored to French market dynamics
- Create and manage a national events strategy, including participation in key cardiology congresses and customer-facing initiatives
- Translate global assets for local use, ensuring clinical accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Work closely with commercial, medical, and clinical teams to identify customer needs, refine segmentation, and strengthen engagement with key opinion leaders
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, pricing, and adoption drivers to inform strategic decisions
- Contribute to forecasting accuracy by evaluating market development, sales patterns, and product lifecycle stages
- Ensure consistent communication and knowledge sharing across European marketing teams, promoting best practices and strategic alignment
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, along with 8–10 years of strategic marketing experience in the medical device or healthcare sector. Fluency in both French and English is required, as is proven expertise in marketing principles, product lifecycle management, and campaign execution.
Strong project management skills are essential, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in cardiology or structural heart disease is advantageous, as is familiarity with healthcare purchasing processes and clinical adoption pathways. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
Work Environment
This is a field-based role requiring regular national travel within France and occasional trips across Europe, estimated at up to 40%. The position demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular engagement with external stakeholders in the cardiology community.
