Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and win new restaurant partners in Germany
  • Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from cold calling to closing and onboarding
  • Present our concept with energy and conviction, so that restaurateurs say: “Yes, I’m in!”
  • Participate in regular trips to our HQ in Amsterdam for meetings and events
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to continuously improve our approach
  • Contribute your own ideas and feedback to actively shape our growth strategy

Requirements

  • Native-level German (C1/C2), confident on the phone and in meetings
  • No fear of cold calls, you’d rather take action than hesitate
  • Good English and/or Dutch for internal communication
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships
  • You like taking responsibility, you see opportunities, not obstacles
  • Goal-oriented, structured, and motivated. You want to win
  • You bring energy: you turn a “no” into “let’s talk again next week”

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or hospitality
