techculture GmbH is hiring a Country Group Leader Cyber Security Services (m/w/d) with full responsibility for an 80-million-euro unit. You will define future standards for Cyber Security and the Go-to-Market strategy in Germany.
What You'll Do
- Assume full responsibility for expanding and managing the Cyber Security organization in Germany.
- Develop and implement the Go-to-Market strategy, including active market positioning and building eminence.
- Take ownership for revenue and results for Consulting & Managed Security Services (~80 Mio EUR).
- Cultivate and expand C-level relationships with existing and new clients, particularly in the financial, energy, and industrial sectors.
- Lead and scale an established team as well as international delivery centers.
- Focus on key topics such as Zero Trust, DORA, AI-powered SOCs, and Incident Recovery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven status as a trusted advisor to (M)DAX clients and the upper mid-market.
- 10+ years of experience in the Cyber Security field and building complex customer relationships.
- Demonstrable track record in managing international security structures.
- Strategic sales competence with a focus on new customer acquisition ("hunter mentality").
- Clear ability to prioritize topics and position them distinctively in the market.
- Negotiation-fluent German & English, along with relevant certifications.

You will lead and scale an established team and international delivery centers, reporting directly to Global Leadership.
