Kerzner International, a leader in luxury hotels and resorts, is looking for a Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the direct supervision of children aged 4-12 and ensuring the Kids Only program is delivered to our defined standard of quality. You will bring a sense of fun and enthusiasm to every activity, creating memorable experiences for our young guests.

What You'll Do

Work directly with the Assistant Manager to supervise all Kids Only attendees daily.
Directly supervise a group of children and ensure their personal safety.
Deliver a program that is fun and exciting through showmanship and entertaining presentation.
Lead various recreational, educational, and interpretive programs and excursions for children.
Engage and involve children in all aspects of the program, including fitness activities, arts and crafts, games, excursions, special events, and cultural activities.
Ensure good stewardship of supplies and resources.
Provide guest service through positive interaction with parents, children, and teens, employing our we create joy philosophy.
Promote strong, positive inter-departmental relations through respect for other areas of operation.
Complete daily tasks as assigned.
Communicate any problems or concerns with supervisors and managers daily.
Assist with any other duties as required by the Assistant Manager or management team.

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of previous experience working with children in a similar environment, such as a kids camp, after-school program, or childcare.
Certification in CPR and First Aid.
