Zions Bancorporation is hiring a Corporate Trust Manager to lead trust administrators and support staff within the Fee Income team. You will provide expert guidance on complex bond issues and escrows, ensuring compliance with all parties while maintaining high service standards and efficient operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage the activities of trust administrators and support staff
- Negotiate and provide expertise with complex bond issues and escrows
- Ensure compliance and consistency with the needs of issuers, the company, and bondholders
- Oversee quality service and efficient operations support for all customers
- Maintain and enforce applicable policies, procedures, and systems
- Foster excellent working relationships with affiliates, staff, and clients
- Hire, fire, and conduct performance reviews for staff
- Ensure staff training and performance standards are met
- Organize workflow and manage risk within the area of responsibility
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of banking, financial services, corporate trust administration, or other directly related experience
- Managerial experience is required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of bonds, escrows, corporate trust administration, regulations of specific trust areas, and auditing procedures
- Strong analysis, problem resolution, decision-making, and management skills
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage risk within the area of responsibility
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize workflow
- Ability to work with various levels within the organization
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel

Work Mode
