Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture technical relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Communicate core platform capabilities and technical differentiators effectively.
- Use open-ended and probing questions to identify customer challenges and shape solution requirements.
- Manage Proof of Value initiatives using defined success metrics to showcase platform impact.
- Act as a technical liaison between major accounts and product teams to convey feature needs.
- Evaluate cybersecurity threat methods by testing them against the company's detection platform.
- Deliver ad hoc training sessions to internal teams on product features and competitive positioning.
- Serve as the main technical contact for customer feedback and coordinate issue resolution with support teams.
