CrowdStrike is hiring a Corporate Sales Engineer (Remote, NZD)

About the Role

Join CrowdStrike, a leader in endpoint security, as a Corporate Sales Engineer. You will be instrumental in redefining market and customer expectations by demonstrating the power of our CrowdStrike Falcon platform. In this remote role, you will support the Corporate Team by deploying, configuring, and showcasing our technology to prospective customers, managing technical evaluations and Proof of Values.

What You'll Do

  • Own and develop the technical champion within sales opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling technical product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message effectively.
  • Conduct discovery to uncover customer pain points and drive requirements.
  • Run Proof of Values (POV) with defined success criteria to demonstrate platform value.
  • Collaborate with Product Management as a liaison for key accounts and their technical needs.
  • Learn and test various cybersecurity attack techniques against the Falcon platform.
  • Provide informal training to the Corporate team on technology and competitive insights.
  • Serve as a primary customer contact for feedback and issue escalation to Support.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in a technical role such as support, consulting, or sales engineering.
  • Exceptional communication skills for delivering clear presentations to technical and business audiences.
  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities for analyzing and resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Strong technical acumen to evaluate architectures and identify security vulnerabilities.
  • Intellectual curiosity, competitive drive, and a passion for continuous learning.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

  • Technical understanding of incident response, forensics, network administration, and endpoint security.
  • Malware analysis experience and cybersecurity expertise.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or Value Selling methodologies.
