National General Holdings Corp., a member of the Allstate family of companies, is hiring a Corporate Intelligence Manager based in the Chicago Metropolitan Area. You will lead a team responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on global threats that could impact our operations, personnel, assets, and reputation. This role delivers timely, actionable intelligence to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and proactive risk mitigation while partnering in crisis and emergency response efforts.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and mentor a team of intelligence analysts across multiple regions or business units, overseeing daily operations and task assignments.
- Guide the collection and analysis of open-source, proprietary, and partner intelligence related to geopolitical risks, cyber threats, and physical security.
- Produce strategic and tactical intelligence products, including threat assessments, risk forecasts, and executive briefings.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Cybersecurity, Corporate Brand, Fraud, Legal, HR, and Crisis Management to support investigations and strategic planning.
- Serve as a key point of contact for intelligence sharing with external partners, including law enforcement, industry groups, and vendors.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and cross-functional leadership.
- Develop and maintain intelligence policies, SOPs, and analytical frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, legal, and ethical standards in all intelligence operations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance intelligence capabilities through technology, training, and partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- Must possess a valid US passport.
- Ability to travel as needed for the role.
Nice to Have
- US 0132 Government Management Intelligence Job Series experience.
- 10 or more years of relevant professional experience.
- GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI) or other SANS Global Information Assurance Certifications.
Technical Stack
- Corporate intelligence platforms: Dataminr, Flashpoint, Recorded Future, Babel Street.
- Data visualization and intelligence reporting tools.
