Responsibilities

  • Communicates regularly with front-of-house staff to coordinate service
  • Keeps consistent oversight of food quality throughout preparation
  • Prepares chicken by marinating and applying breading as directed
  • Verifies chicken meets inspection requirements before cooking
  • Follows recipes and preparation instructions accurately
  • Supports compliance with health and sanitation regulations in all kitchen operations
  • Adheres to chicken production forecasts and preparation schedules
  • Performs regular oil filtration to maintain cooking standards
  • Cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment thoroughly after use
  • Upholds cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across food prep, cooking, and dish areas
  • Complies with all established safety policies, rules, and procedures
