Responsibilities
- Communicates regularly with front-of-house staff to coordinate service
- Keeps consistent oversight of food quality throughout preparation
- Prepares chicken by marinating and applying breading as directed
- Verifies chicken meets inspection requirements before cooking
- Follows recipes and preparation instructions accurately
- Supports compliance with health and sanitation regulations in all kitchen operations
- Adheres to chicken production forecasts and preparation schedules
- Performs regular oil filtration to maintain cooking standards
- Cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment thoroughly after use
- Upholds cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across food prep, cooking, and dish areas
- Complies with all established safety policies, rules, and procedures
