About the Role

The Contracts and Budgeting Specialist will be responsible for managing contracts and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the financial aspects of clinical trials.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Prepare and negotiate budgets for clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate contract and budget execution.
  • Maintain and update contract and budget tracking systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Review and approve invoices, ensuring compliance with contract terms and budget allocations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on contract and budget status, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support of contract and budget activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract and budget management.
  • Provide training and support to team members on contract and budget management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in contract and budget management.
