About the Role

Responsibilities

- Document process changes and update standard operating procedures
- Work with maintenance and engineering to resolve equipment inefficiencies
- Monitor safety compliance during process modifications
- Use data analytics to assess the impact of implemented changes
- Coordinate with supply chain to optimize material flow
- Train staff on new processes and improvement techniques
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during process changes
- Assist in setting performance benchmarks for manufacturing units
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through process optimization
- Prepare reports on project outcomes and ROI
- Integrate feedback from operators into improvement plans
- Maintain a structured approach to problem-solving using PDCA or similar models
