VirtuHire is seeking a Content Moderator to join our third-party team and help uphold the values of trust, safety, and digital responsibility across high-impact platforms. This role is for someone passionate about digital responsibility and enjoys problem-solving in real time.
What You'll Do
- Moderate user-generated content across various platforms (e.g., Twitter, Tinder, Facebook), ensuring a safe and positive online environment in accordance with established guidelines.
- Manage and monitor assigned platforms effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members via text, written word, and email.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with platform policies and industry best practices.

- 2+ years of experience in content moderation.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in dealing with people via text, written word, or emails.
