Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with individuals seeking to evaluate insurance options, using qualifying questions to direct them to the most suitable agent.
- Conduct follow-up calls to assess customer satisfaction, ensure needs were addressed, and assist in connecting them with appropriate agents while documenting feedback.
- Maintain regular contact with management for updates and guidance.
- Interact daily with team members through chat platforms to support collaboration and communication.
