Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with individuals seeking to evaluate insurance options, using qualifying questions to direct them to the most suitable agent.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to assess customer satisfaction, ensure needs were addressed, and assist in connecting them with appropriate agents while documenting feedback.
  • Maintain regular contact with management for updates and guidance.
  • Interact daily with team members through chat platforms to support collaboration and communication.

  • Operating hours: Monday to Friday 7am–8:30pm, Saturday 9am–6pm, Sunday 11am–6pm
