BERING Time GmbH is looking for a Consultant ServiceNow (M/W/D) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising both national and international clients on the effective use and implementation of ServiceNow and related integration processes. You will shape projects from initial consulting through to implementation and ongoing support.
What You'll Do
- Advise national and international clients on the use and implementation of ServiceNow and related integration processes.
- Accompany and shape ServiceNow projects from consulting and conception through implementation to in-life support.
- Analyze and conceptualize functional requirements from areas such as GRC, Telco, ITSM, HR, and/or CS to derive optimization measures.
- Configure, customize, and test ServiceNow modules.
- Support the onboarding and mentoring of our Junior Consultants.
- Participate in the Bid & Tender team to bring our comprehensive know-how to new clients.
What We're Looking For
- A completed university degree (e.g., in business informatics, business administration) or successfully completed adequate vocational training.
- Initial professional experience in the ServiceNow field and motivation to acquire further ServiceNow skills.
- Technical skills combined with functional experience, ideally in IT service management, GRC, Telco, HR, and/or CS.
- Analytical and conceptual skills and enjoyment of being the interface between IT and the business department.
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
- Willingness to travel depending on project phases and customer requirements.
Nice to Have
- First experience in project and stakeholder management.
- Experience as a consultant in the implementation, conception, and design of IT solutions, particularly in Enterprise Service Management and ITSM.
- Knowledge of agile project management.
