- Explore and apply AI-powered tools and analytics to enhance project outcomes, streamline processes, and deliver greater value to clients.
- Update project documentation, including progress reports, strategic plans, and change management frameworks, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Spend time analysing client data to identify trends and insights. Use this information to refine strategies or develop new solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide guidance and support to junior consultants, offering feedback on their work and helping them develop their skills within the project context.
- Dedicate time for personal learning to stay updated with industry trends and enhance your consulting skills. This might include reading relevant articles, attending networking events, or participating in internal training sessions.
- Collaborate with the national Human Capital team to contribute to practice and business development activities.
