MLabs is looking for a Compliance Operations Coordinator to handle the day-to-day execution of critical bank and client compliance requests in our high-growth, globally distributed environment. This role serves as the essential link between clients and banking partners, ensuring requirements are handled quickly and flawlessly to maintain trust and operational integrity.
What You'll Do
- Manage the intake, processing, and submission of compliance requests to banking partners with speed and accuracy.
- Ensure client documents are collected, verified, and delivered to banks as soon as possible.
- Liaise directly with clients to gather information, provide clear updates, and ensure they feel supported.
- Work closely with leadership to flag risks, close gaps, and contribute to process design and improvement.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records, track deadlines, and create/maintain performance dashboards.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in compliance, operations, or client-facing roles within fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Extreme ownership mindset and accountability-driven approach.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision.
- Ability to clearly articulate process improvements and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Must have availability to work and attend meetings during Eastern Time zone business hours.
- Thrives in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.
