Allstate NI is hiring a Compensation Senior Consultant I to deliver core compensation initiatives by applying professional knowledge and experience. In this role, you will bridge process and analysis work, support consulting departments, and potentially lead consultation for smaller groups.
What You'll Do
- Conduct analysis and interpret results to support business decisions.
- Review and develop quantitative and qualitative trend data.
- Provide input related to broad-based, sales, specialty, and/or international compensation design.
- Analyze compensation trends to assess and review practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of key technology initiatives.
- Complete compensation functions such as job evaluation, benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
- Develop relationships with client groups to institutionalize compensation philosophies.
- Communicate and participate in designing cost-effective, competitive compensation practices.
What We're Looking For
- A 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience.

- Annual salary range: $70,100.00 - $121,475.00.
