Responsibilities
- Create detailed plans and timelines for commissioning processes.
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, and construction teams to align commissioning efforts.
- Lead and manage commissioning personnel and external contractors.
- Supervise testing and validation of turbines, generators, heat recovery steam generators, and auxiliary systems.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during commissioning phases.
- Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of all commissioning documentation.
- Generate progress reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Verify compliance of all commissioning activities with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Enforce safety procedures and carry out risk assessments.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, partners, and regulatory agencies to meet project requirements.
- Deliver technical expertise and guidance to commissioning teams and plant operators.

Compensation
For U.S. based roles: $114,100 - $190,200 USD annually, plus eligibility for a 15% performance bonus. Geographic salary adjustments of 110%, 120%, or 130% may apply in certain locations.
