EX Squared is hiring a Commercial Marketing Analytics Manager to drive data strategy and insights for our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for measuring campaign effectiveness, analyzing customer behavior, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize our commercial marketing performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead the analysis of commercial marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for marketing teams
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives
- Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis to drive marketing strategy
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related field
- Proven ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into business recommendations
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics and attribution models
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work Mode
