Invisible Technologies is looking for a Coding Specialist (Fluent in Portuguese – Portugal) to shape the future of AI. In this role as an AI Trainer, you will apply your deep software engineering knowledge to improve advanced language models by training and evaluating them on complex technical topics, all while working fluently in Portuguese.
What You'll Do
- Converse with AI models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Portuguese.
- Verify the logical accuracy and coding fluency of AI model outputs.
- Assess the naturalness and correctness of Portuguese language usage in AI responses.
- Capture reproducible error traces from AI model interactions.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent proficiency in Portuguese (Portugal).
- Expertise in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
- Clear, metacognitive communication skills (showing your work).
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Real-world coding experience.
- Technical writing experience in Portuguese.
- Open-source contributions.
