Invisible Technologies is hiring a Coding Specialist (Fluent in Chinese) – AI Trainer to help shape the future of AI and democratize world-class education. In this role, you will challenge advanced language models on software engineering topics, document failure modes, and help harden model reasoning.

What You'll Do

Converse with AI models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Chinese
Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency of model outputs
Assess naturalness and correctness of Chinese language usage
Capture reproducible error traces
Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

What We're Looking For

Fluent in Chinese
Expertise in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field
Real-world coding experience
Technical writing in Chinese
Open-source contributions
