EQL Edtech is hiring a Co-Teacher to deliver joyful, personalized learning to children aged 4–12 in live, online micro-classrooms. You will work alongside Lead Teachers to support lessons, contribute to curriculum development, and help refine our unique learning model.
What You'll Do
- Work alongside Lead Teachers in live, online micro-classrooms with a maximum of 7 students
- Support lessons and contribute to curriculum development
- Play an active role in refining our unique, child-centered learning model
What We're Looking For
- Experience teaching primary-aged children (ages 4–12) in multiple countries or cultural contexts
- A Bachelors Degree in Education
- A background in K–6 education (not EFL/ESL-focused)
- Experience in schools, camps, or structured learning environments
- Confidence using digital tools and a passion for EdTech and educational innovation
- High cultural awareness and commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice
- Fluent English
Nice to Have
- Additional languages are a plus

- Compensation: $2,500 USD/month
