About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative will identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the US fitness market, focusing on gym owners and fitness operators. This position requires strong outreach, consultative selling, and the ability to close deals remotely.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and contact gym owners and fitness facility managers across the United States
- Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of a payments and billing technology solution
- Address objections and provide tailored responses based on client needs
- Schedule and lead product demonstrations for prospective customers
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and lead generation strategies
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Follow up on inbound leads from digital campaigns and referral sources
- Work closely with customer onboarding to ensure smooth transitions
- Track and report on weekly sales metrics and pipeline progress
- Stay informed about industry trends in fitness and payment technologies
- Participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build relationships with decision-makers in independent gyms and fitness studios
