Cognizant is looking for a Cloud Solution Architect focused on Microsoft 365 Health. In this role, you will partner directly with customers to assess and improve the health, performance, and adoption of their Microsoft 365 environments. You'll combine deep technical expertise across Microsoft 365 Apps, network connectivity, and tenant health with strong advisory skills to optimize configurations and drive strategic usage growth.
What You'll Do
- Assess Microsoft 365 tenant health across apps, services, and network connectivity.
- Evaluate M365 Apps performance (Office, Teams, Outlook) and optimize configurations for reliability and user experience.
- Review network readiness for Microsoft 365 workloads, including bandwidth, latency, and connectivity best practices.
- Analyze usage and adoption metrics to identify gaps and recommend strategies for improving engagement.
- Provide guidance on governance, compliance, and operational processes to strengthen platform health.
- Deliver professional, customer-facing documentation summarizing health assessments, usage insights, and recommended next steps.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and optimization.
- Deep experience with Microsoft 365 Apps (Office, Teams, Outlook), including managing and optimizing Microsoft Teams for enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of M365 workloads such as SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Expertise in network connectivity for cloud services.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and device health.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Secure Score, Compliance Manager, and tenant health dashboards.
- Strong ability to interpret usage analytics and design adoption strategies.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 health service incidents and operational monitoring.
- Proven experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services and analyzing complex tenant and security configurations.
- Experience in business continuity planning, incident response coordination, and process maturity assessments.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Background in technical consulting or assessment-based delivery engagements.
Nice to Have
- Experience with network performance tuning for Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Knowledge of Copilot for M365, Copilot Chat, and Copilot Agent.
- Familiarity with Entra ID architecture and identity security best practices, including Conditional Access, MFA, and privileged access.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, or SOC 2 Type II in the context of operational resilience.
