As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will play a key role in evaluating and improving Microsoft 365 ecosystems for enterprise clients. Your work will center on assessing tenant health, analyzing application performance, and ensuring network readiness to support cloud-based workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth assessments of Microsoft 365 tenant environments, covering core applications such as Office, Teams, and Outlook.
- Optimize configurations to improve service reliability and end-user experience.
- Review network infrastructure for bandwidth, latency, and connectivity alignment with Microsoft 365 requirements.
- Use analytics to measure platform usage and adoption, identifying underutilized features and recommending targeted improvements.
- Advise on governance models, compliance controls, and operational procedures to strengthen long-term platform sustainability.
- Produce clear, actionable reports for technical and leadership stakeholders summarizing findings and strategic recommendations.
Required Expertise
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments.
- Deep familiarity with M365 workloads including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex tenant configurations and service incidents.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and monitoring device health across enterprise deployments.
- Proficiency in interpreting Secure Score, Compliance Manager, and tenant health dashboards.
- Strong skills in incident response, business continuity planning, and operational maturity evaluations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with experience tailoring technical content for executive audiences.
- Background in technical consulting or assessment-based client engagements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience fine-tuning network performance specifically for Microsoft 365 traffic.
- Knowledge of Entra ID, including identity security policies, Conditional Access, multi-factor authentication, and privileged access management.
- Familiarity with Copilot for M365, including Copilot Chat and Copilot Agent functionalities.
- Understanding of compliance standards such as ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, or SOC 2 Type II in the context of operational resilience.
