Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and oversee cloud services, servers, networks, and related IT infrastructure elements.
- Build, update, and enhance infrastructure-as-code frameworks and automated workflows to minimize manual tasks and increase system consistency and stability.
- Track performance of systems and database instances, detect problems, and carry out optimizations.
- Enforce and supervise security protocols to safeguard systems and databases against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Establish and manage data backup and disaster recovery strategies to maintain continuous, on-demand service availability.
- Deliver technical assistance for system and database instances across testing and live environments.
- Produce and keep current detailed records of system and database setups, modifications, and operational procedures.
