Job Title: Cloud Operations Administrator Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Job Location: 18 Auriga Drive, Ottawa ON Work Type: Hybrid Position Summary As a Cloud Operations Administrator in our North American service delivery group, you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and managing the cloud instances of CBN solutions for our Canadian government customers at the federal and provincial/territorial levels. In this position you will manage and provide ongoing support to ensure they remain highly available, reliable, and secure. Key Responsibilities Cloud Administration - Install, configure, and maintain services, instance nodes, networks, and other IT infrastructure components. - Design, maintain, and improve infrastructure‑as‑code and automation pipelines to reduce manual operations and improve reliability and repeatability. Performance Monitoring and Tuning - Monitor system and database instances performance, identify issues, and optimize performance. Security Management - Implement and manage security measures to protect systems and databases instances from unauthorized access and threats. Backup and Recovery - Develop and implement backup and recovery plans to ensure services and instances are ready and available 24/7 and on demand. Troubleshooting and Support - Provide technical support for systems and instances in test and production environments. Documentation - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system and database configurations, changes, processes, and procedures.
