Gramian Consultancy is hiring a Cloud Operations Engineer (Level 2+) to support and maintain multi-cloud public infrastructure environments for our enterprise customers. You will work within a structured ITIL environment, focusing on operational excellence and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Provide Level 2+ technical support across multi-cloud environments including AWS, GCP, OCI, OVH, and Azure.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools, adhering to ITIL processes.
- Operate and maintain Linux-based cloud infrastructures.
- Perform daily operational activities such as monitoring, backups, patching, and system health checks.
- Diagnose and resolve complex IaaS / PaaS infrastructure incidents.
- Update and enhance technical documentation and internal knowledge bases.
- Apply and promote cloud security and operational best practices.
- Participate in technical committees and client steering meetings.
- Collaborate with project teams during deployment and evolution phases.
- Contribute to cloud advisory and expertise missions.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and share knowledge with the team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience providing Level 2+ technical support in enterprise cloud environments.
- Hands-on operational experience with core platforms including AWS, GCP, OCI, and Linux.
- Familiarity working within a structured ITIL framework using ITSM tools.
- Strong capability in diagnosing and resolving IaaS/PaaS infrastructure issues.
- Experience performing core operational tasks like monitoring, patching, and backups.
- Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Understanding of cloud security principles and operational best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams and client interactions.
