Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing client systems, identify interdependencies, and design a structured migration strategy tailored to operational realities and targeting Google Cloud Platform.
- Develop and manage infrastructure using code via Terraform to ensure migrations are consistent, trackable, and capable of rollback when necessary.
- Lead live production migrations with strict adherence to data integrity and uptime requirements, applying hard-won experience to avoid common failure points.
- Conduct technical assessments, explain migration roadmaps to non-technical decision-makers, and maintain clear, concise client updates throughout the process.
- Verify system performance post-migration, configure monitoring tools, and deliver comprehensive documentation to enable client self-sufficiency.
