Requirements
- 5+ years of programming experience and are proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Go, Shell Script.
- 5+ years of AWS Connect (VoIP) experience and are proficient in administration, development, and troubleshooting the system.
- in-depth knowledge of containerization technology and orchestration, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- experience administering and deploying new cloud resources in AWS and GCP using IaC.
- familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- able to work autonomously with limited guidance.
- excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and are able to adapt quickly to new challenges and technologies.
