Shape the future of federal cloud systems as a Cloud Engineering Solution Architect. In this role, you will design and implement secure, scalable cloud architectures using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), with a primary focus on migrating PeopleSoft environments. Your work will directly support critical federal missions through technically sound and operationally resilient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cloud systems that meet high standards for security, performance, and scalability
- Lead technical teams through all phases of cloud migration, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless transitions
- Develop and maintain identity management frameworks to safeguard access and ensure compliance
- Translate federal client objectives into effective technical strategies
- Deliver projects on schedule within fast-moving, evolving environments
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in cloud engineering
- Proven background in identity and access management within cloud platforms
- Experience leading technical teams through complex migration initiatives
- Strong understanding of cloud engineering lifecycle and delivery methodologies
- Active Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship required
Preferred Background
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Exposure to Department of Defense (DOD) or similar secure government environments
Work Environment
This position is based in one of the following locations: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, District of Columbia, or Cleveland. Work arrangements vary by office and role, with no formal remote policy in place. Candidates must be able to work from a local office as required.
