Responsibilities
- Boost system reliability, availability, scalability, performance, and efficiency using monitoring, alerting, and automation tools on public cloud platforms like Azure and GCP.
- Engage in capacity planning, evaluate software performance, and fine-tune systems for optimal operation.
- Create and improve the CI/CD process and toolset to streamline software delivery and deployment.
- Establish and track key metrics to evaluate and improve system reliability.
- Work closely with the engineering team to enhance reliability and operational efficiency throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Diagnose, optimize infrastructure and automate repetitive tasks to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
