3Cloud is hiring a Cloud Architect - Managed Services

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Managed Services leadership to align service delivery and client experience across offerings
• Participate in regular meetings with peer architects to synchronize technical approaches and identify team growth opportunities
• Act as a subject matter expert to support presales teams in defining solutions and ensuring delivery readiness
• Engage in solution design reviews and contribute to offering committee decisions
• Mentor team members in a player-coach capacity to build technical capabilities
• Strengthen internal and external relationships across teams, including sales, clients, and Microsoft partners
• Support achievement of billing goals by identifying and resolving project impediments
• Assist in managing project scope changes and extensions in coordination with solution architects
