We’re seeking a motivated Sales Executive focused on closing high-value deals entirely through remote phone engagement. This role demands ownership of the complete sales process—from outreach to close—while consistently achieving demanding revenue goals. Success hinges on disciplined outbound activity, sharp conversion skills, and a self-driven approach to lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle with a focus on closing high-ticket transactions remotely
- Independently generate more than 20% of your revenue through self-sourced leads
- Conduct a high number of daily outbound calls and virtual meetings to connect with prospects
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly revenue and deal closure quotas
- Drive performance by maintaining a strong lead conversion rate and targeting an average deal size of $9,000
- Effectively address complex objections and differentiate offerings from competitive alternatives
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records in Pipedrive CRM with strong technical fluency
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in high-value, phone-based sales environments (not in-person)
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational habits
- Outgoing, proactive personality suited to high-effort outreach
- Proficient with CRM platforms, with at least six months of hands-on Pipedrive or equivalent experience
- Clear track record of delivering results, particularly in closing deals averaging $2,000 or more
