- Understand and communicate key trends and structures within the national healthcare environment
- Offer technical expertise to sales teams, physicians, and healthcare professionals during CRM case implementations
- Evaluate and compare technical features of competing CRM devices and solutions
- Support the promotion and visibility of CRM product offerings
- Enhance market access through specialized technical support for customers
