Comprehensive Physical Therapy is hiring a Clinical Director for our outpatient orthopedic clinic on Veterans Blvd in Metairie. This is a working leadership role where you will lead a team of providers while maintaining a meaningful patient caseload. The role focuses on clinic performance, team mentorship, and protecting the clinic's culture.
What You'll Do
- Lead and hold accountable a team of 4 providers.
- Maintain clinic performance across visits, retention, plan of care completion, and compliance.
- Protect and strengthen clinic morale.
- Drive consistency in patient outcomes and experience.
- Model clinical excellence daily.
- Maintain an active treating caseload (~10–12 patients/day average depending on clinic needs).
- Partner directly with ownership on growth and strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Louisiana.
- Minimum 3+ years outpatient orthopedic experience.
- Strong accountability and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing KPIs and clinic metrics.
- Growth-minded and culture-driven.
Nice to Have
- Prior leadership or director experience preferred (formal or informal).

You will lead a team of 4 providers and partner directly with ownership. Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $90,000 – $104,000 per year (Base + Leadership Compensation)
