Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Early-career profile with initial experience in Clinical Data Management or a related field
- Hands-on experience with EDC systems and a solid understanding of clinical data management principles
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data processing
- Good understanding of data structures and basic IT concepts (e.g. programming, data stores, data transfer, cloud environments, AI)
- Fluency in English and French (minimum C1 level required for interaction with clinical sites)
- Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic, evolving environment
Nice to Have
- Programming skills in Python

- Regular on-site presence in Neuchâtel and frequent visits to clinical partners in Switzerland (primarily Lausanne)
