EY is looking for a Client Technology Software Engineering Assurance Sr. Engineer/Arch to lead the delivery of development services for large, complex projects. You will take accountability for the full lifecycle of solutions, from design to maintenance, while ensuring compliance with technical standards.
What You'll Do
- Solve complex and escalated project aspects through coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Provide advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency and value from current and emerging technologies.
- Develop strong working relationships with peers across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams.
- Provide leadership for the work group, ensuring principles, tools, and responsibilities are in place for project delivery.
- Drive consistency to relevant processes, procedures, and technical design standards.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of one or more: C#, Java, or Python.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
- More than 10 years of applied, relevant experience in a software or platform engineering role.
- Proven experience delivering engineering solutions and handling user requirements.
- Experience with CI/CD delivery using tools like GitHub and ADO.
- Proficiency in fine-tuning language models for tasks like text generation, summarization, or question answering.
- Knowledge of embedding models for NLP tasks like similarity matching and clustering.
- Familiarity with designing and implementing agentic systems for autonomous decision-making.
- Ability to design robust evaluation frameworks for AI models, including metrics development and A/B testing.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft, Google, or AWS certifications.
- Delivery experience using modern methodologies.
- Significant proven experience building applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
