We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to oversee client account operations and enhance service delivery. In this role, you will manage communication workflows, support onboarding procedures, and maintain accurate documentation while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate client communications and monitor account activity to ensure timely follow-up
- Support the implementation of client onboarding processes and maintain related records
- Coordinate administrative functions tied to account management
- Generate reports and uphold the integrity of client data within CRM systems
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with client services, operations, and project teams to support service objectives
- Assist leadership in refining support processes and improving client outcomes
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline, along with 2–4 years of experience in client-facing or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is essential. Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal skills are required, as is a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience supporting government contracts or defense-sector clients is preferred, as is familiarity with structured onboarding and account support frameworks.
Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid model, based in New York, with some flexibility and occasional travel requirements.
