Midorick Solutions is looking for a Client Support Specialist to manage client relationships and technical support. In this role, you will triage and resolve support tickets, assist with client implementation, and act as the primary contact for resolving client issues.
What You'll Do
- Triage Zendesk tickets from assigned clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Zendesk tickets for assigned clients, escalating to product or engineering team as needed.
- Assist in Modules, Setups, and Implementation for assigned clients.
- Work closely with Account Manager to share client needs, goals, and issues for resolution.
- Act as main point of contact for client issues, escalating to appropriate parties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma/GED
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree (computer science, information systems, business administration, or other industry-related curriculum)
- 1 year of experience in a customer support role
- Experience using Zendesk
