About the Role

Digital Insurance LLC is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with Account Managers, Benefits Consultants, and Client Executives to ensure service deliverables meet and exceed client expectations. This role serves as the direct point of contact for clients and their employees, providing benefits administration support and issue resolution.

What You'll Do

  • Support employees with routine benefits questions and claims issues.
  • Respond to employee requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process eligibility for new hires and terminations and assist with carrier communications.
  • Run reports in benefits administration systems for eligibility processing.
  • Assist with census preparation and billing audits.
  • Gather SBCs, plan summaries, renewal documents, and other materials as needed.
  • Follow up with carriers to obtain status updates and provide updates to involved parties.
  • Document all calls, emails, and work effort in D365.
  • Ensure the protection and security of personal information according to HIPAA standards.
  • Contribute to overall team goals and share individual skills and strengths.

Nice to Have

  • 1–2 years’ applicable job experience.
  • Prior experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm.
  • Familiarity with insurance carrier websites.
  • Proven track record in customer service.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Familiarity with database applications.

You will work under the direction of the Client Service Manager and collaboratively as part of an internal team of additional CSS’s.

This is a remote position open to candidates located within California.
