Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
- Update and maintain client account information
- Assist with onboarding new clients
- Prepare account statements and reports
- Coordinate document collection and verification
- Facilitate account transfers and transitions
- Track service requests and follow up promptly
- Collaborate with advisors on client needs
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards
- Monitor account activity for inconsistencies
- Support billing and fee processing tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of client data
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Adhere to internal service level agreements
