The role involves analyzing client research requests, sourcing relevant experts globally, screening candidates, and building relationships with advisors and team members to support informed decision-making for clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate client research inquiries and use diverse resources to locate qualified subject matter experts across industries, regions, and specialties for each assignment
- Recruit new advisors into the network using phone outreach, LinkedIn, and direct communication by clearly articulating how their expertise aligns with specific client projects
- Assess expert qualifications for individual projects and develop polished, professional profiles for client review
- Foster collaboration across teams, offices, and advisor networks to maintain strong working relationships and support organizational goals

Compensation
Up to 61 million KRW annually for high performers, including a base salary with fixed overtime allowance and performance-based variable compensation
