About the Role
This position acts as the primary point of contact for key clients, combining strategic insight with deep technical understanding to shape project outcomes and maintain long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and delivery teams
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable plans
- Oversee the execution of technology projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivered solutions
- Lead client-facing meetings and strategic planning sessions
- Identify opportunities for service expansion within existing accounts
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to assess technical feasibility
- Manage stakeholder communications across multiple levels
- Maintain oversight of project risks and mitigation strategies
- Support proposal development and client onboarding processes
- Champion client satisfaction and relationship longevity
- Provide input on resource planning and team composition
- Escalate critical issues and coordinate resolution efforts
- Monitor contract compliance and service level agreements
- Contribute to post-implementation reviews and lessons learned
